They may threaten to tell all of their friends as they are telling you how they will never do business with you again, but you know as well as I do, a person like that problem doesn’t have that many friends to tell
When someone tells you a loved one passed away, asking how they passed adds nothing to the conversation. Just say, “I’m sorry to hear that”…and mean it
Specialists, in any field, make more money
Employers are essentially gamblers. They pick who will give them the highest return on their investment.
Just remember, if you aren’t worth more than what they pay you, they may not keep you
Dad’s formula for success:
1. Have a goal(s)
2. Define it (or them) specifically
3. Define how you are going to achieve it (step by step) and write a timeline for when you want it completed
4. Read it once per day
5. Tell a few friends your goal(s) to put a little pressure on yourself
6. Now get to work
