You put the other person first…without thinking about it.  And they did the same.

That’s it.  That’s the secret.  

But you don’t want to hear that.  

You aren’t getting what you want?  What you deserve?  What you bargained for?  It’s hard…too hard.  Move on then.  You deserve better.  Or do you?  

Couples that are happy know this.  Couples that don’t know this, fight it thinking that what they deserve is somehow opposite than what they are getting not understanding that the very thing you most often get is a direct reflection on what you are giving to the other person
